Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Cancellation Policy
Shipping Info:

Orders are usually dispatched between 3-5 days of purchase of cleared funds. If you have purchased and paid on bank holiday or weekend, the dispatch will be the next working day. It is your responsibility to ensure that you select the right shipping option and enter the correct shipping address details when completing your order. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect, the shipment will be returned to us and we will refund the items except the postage cost. You will receive an email notification for the refund and you may place a new order. If you received any damaged product, we must be notified within three (3) days of receipt of your purchase.

Delivery Info:

We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe and Worldwide. UK orders are dispatched within 72 hours of purchase of cleared funds. International orders are dispatched within 3-5 days of purchase of cleared funds. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and do require a physical address for all deliveries. Deliveries charges include the cost of packaging and postage. Any customs charges upon delivery are solely the responsibility of the customer. Any subsequent carries handling fees (as result of customs charges) are also the responsibility of the customer. Please note, failure to clear custom fees will result in a returns charge, which will have deducted from the refund amount.

Our postal delivery service assumes a parcel lost only after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK and 24 days for international orders. We cannot dispatch a replacement until this period of time has lapsed.

Returns Info:

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original saleable condition. We are happy to offer a full refund (less postage charges) on items returned to us within 14 days after delivery (i.e. 14 days starting the day after delivery). All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. We will reimburse you no later than 48 hours after we receive the items back. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. Mexico Real Limited reserves the right to monitor customer returns or cancellations. Each return is evaluated on an individual basis taking the customer history into consideration. If a customer is frequently found to be buying and returning goods, we reserve the right to refuse or charge administration fees.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order at any point before the completion of the payment stage at checkout. After this point, your order may be dispatched at any time and even before you are sent shipping notification. If your order has been placed and dispatched you need to return it to Mexico Real Limited. We will reimburse you the payment received; the shipping costs will not be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please see our returns policy to return your order.
